The ground-floor lobby and mail area of an office building: wood-look vinyl plank floors, white slatted wall paneling, a palm-print wall covering, new lighting and a lit slat wall with a clock.
The project
A brighter first impression for an office building.
The lobby, hallway and mail area were refinished as one space. New wood-look vinyl plank runs through all of it, and white slatted paneling and a soft palm-print wall covering wrap the mail area around the existing mailboxes.
Recessed lights brighten the ceilings, wood-clad columns frame the windows to the street, and a dark slat wall with vertical LED strips and a large clock gives the entrance a focal point.
