These are packages for review, not a promise that every trade or system is included. Final scope, qualifications, exclusions and delivery responsibilities belong in the written proposal.

What to include in an invitation to bid.

  1. Project and contact: your company, role, project city or ZIP, and the person managing procurement.
  2. Scope: new construction, expansion, interior build-out or a defined subcontract package; identify inclusions and exclusions.
  3. Documents: drawing issue date, specifications, bid instructions and available site information.
  4. Schedule: bid due date, anticipated award, target start and required milestones.
  5. Facility constraints: occupied or new facility, access process, working hours and operator requirements.
  6. Prequalification: requested references, insurance limits, bonding requirements, safety documentation and vendor-registration process.

Start with a non-confidential summary. If drawings or access details require an NDA or a secure procurement portal, identify that requirement first so the document-sharing process can be agreed.

Data center construction enquiries: questions answered.

Call us: (424) 455-6464
Can I invite Kasimov Construction to bid on a data center project?
Yes. Owners, developers, general contractors and procurement teams can submit a construction or subcontract enquiry for a Los Angeles-area project. Send the package description, project location, bid deadline and drawing status. We review scope and requirements before confirming participation.
What construction packages can I submit for review?
You can submit general building, interior build-out and support-space packages for review, including partitions, doors, finishes, administrative offices and related construction coordination. These are enquiry categories; acceptance and the exact work included depend on the drawings, trade responsibilities and project requirements.
Does a construction enquiry include electrical, cooling or commissioning services?
No. Specialist electrical systems, cooling, controls, fire protection, IT equipment and commissioning are not automatically included. The project team must identify the responsible designers, licensed trades and commissioning providers, with interfaces and exclusions documented before an agreement.
Can I submit a project in an operating facility?
Yes, for an initial review. Identify occupied areas, access restrictions, permitted working hours, isolation requirements and any owner-approved outage windows. Feasibility must be agreed with the facility operator and relevant specialists before a proposal. An enquiry does not establish a commitment to work on live systems.
What does data center construction cost?
There is no standard price on this page. Pricing depends on the defined construction package, facility conditions, design stage, schedule, access and trade interfaces. Residential kitchen and bathroom starting prices do not apply to data center projects.
Does this page claim Tier certification or completed data center projects?
No. This is a bid-enquiry page. It does not claim a data center project portfolio, Tier certification, a capacity rating or an uptime guarantee. Project-specific qualifications, references and any certification requirements should be addressed during prequalification.
